This site collects as little as possible, and what you share is used for one purpose: responding to you. This page explains what is collected, where it goes, and the choices you have.
What this policy covers
This policy covers acutwin.com, operated by AcuTwin LLC, a Northern Michigan company. If you have a question this page does not answer, write to [email protected] and Ben will answer it himself.
What you share with us
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email address, the kind of place you are asking about, an optional phone number, and your message. The form asks only for what Ben needs in order to respond. Calling, texting, or emailing directly shares whatever you include, the same as reaching any business.
How your message is handled
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form processing service, which also retains a copy in its submission log for up to thirty days. From there your message lives in our business email, where it is kept the way ordinary correspondence is kept. It is used to respond to you and to carry on the conversation you started. It is never sold, and never shared for marketing.
What the site itself collects
- No analytics trackers, no advertising cookies, and no marketing pixels run on this site.
- The site sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security and may set strictly necessary security cookies.
- The scheduling link on the contact page opens Google Calendar, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Information about your facility
Conversations with AcuTwin often involve details about a building or an operation. Anything you share about your facility, in a message or during an engagement, is treated as confidential. It is not published, not reused as marketing material, and not shown to anyone outside the work without your permission.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Send the request to [email protected].
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date below.
